Conference Delegate Packages

Full Day Conference Delegate Package is from €35/person, it includes function room rental from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., a morning coffee break with pastries, a 3-course lunch with a bottle of mineral water, a cup of tea or coffee, an afternoon coffee break with pastries, notepads and pens, one flipchart, one projector with a screen. The price also includes all applicable taxes but excludes a 10 % service charge.

Half Day Conference Delegate Package is from €27/person, it includes function room rental from 8 a.m. till noon, a morning coffee break with pastries, 3-course lunch with a bottle of mineral water, a cup of tea or coffee, notepads and pens, one flipchart, one projector with a screen. The price also includes all applicable taxes but excludes a 10 % service charge.

All our function rooms have natural light and air conditioned; their rental includes provision of one projector, a screen, Wi-Fi on complimentary basis. Please advise prior to the event if you require additional technical equipment or services, so that we could take care of these on your behalf.

During the event qualified staff of ours is to be at your disposal to deal with your requests that may arise during the event. The delegates of your event can take advantage of our hotel’s favourable parking fee.
